Starts With You have awarded a three-year contract to TSS Infrastructure Service to provide contract management software through their work management platform, F0CUS.

F0CUS, TSS’s work management software platform, is an innovative contract management solution that will enable SWY to support our property services functions, including Property Clean and Clear, Statutory Building Inspections, Caretaking, and Handy person services in real-time.
A first-of-its-kind, the TSS cloud-based solution will provide SWY with immediate oversight of the progress of our service functions via a single dashboard. The software will be able to provide updates from field operatives in real-time, minimising multiple data sources and enabling SWY to improve our already excellent service to clients through efficiency, insight, responsiveness, and real-time reporting.
Our implementation team are currently working with the F0CUS Continuity Team to roll out the new system towards the end of summer 2023!
